Global Processing Services FZLLC (GPS) is a MasterCard and Visa. accredited processor. We are Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. The company’s fully outsourced end-to-end solution includes: payment processing at its core, programme management tools, bespoke software development, financial control and reconciliation, technical support and card-holder customer services.

GPS specialises in the prepaid sector and offers expertise in prepaid products across a number of sectors including open and closed loop gift cards, general spend, corporate spend, payroll, sub-prime/ debt management, teenage spending, business-to-consumer (B2C) ‘cash out’, and travel money/remittance.

The company maintains a strong focus on product and platform developments, which ensures clients can leverage knowledge, experience and technical capability to build novel and market-leading products.


GPS was formed in 2007 and is incorporated as a Free Zone Limited Liability Company in Dubai Internet City, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

During 2007 and 2008 GPS developed its core transaction processing platform from the ground up and completed its first payment scheme certification in January 2009. Since then the company has focused on developing its technical capabilities and enhancing its software and infrastructure to create the robust, flexible and scalable platform that it now offers.

The founders and executive team draw on extensive experience in prepaid, payments, banking and software development for transaction processing environments. Prior to forming GPS the founders created and built a prepaid programme management business from a start-up to a 1m cards per year portfolio. The wealth of knowledge and understanding created through this hands-on programme management experience enables GPS to guide clients and to deliver added-value in all client, issuer and vendor relationships.
